Suspension sphere regeneration

We rebuild hydropneumatic suspension spheres of generations I and II (Hydractive, Non Hydractive). The process involves re-charging with nitrogen and fitting valves for future top-ups.

We do not rebuild generation H III spheres (C5, C6 — Hydractive 3 and Hydractive 3+ systems) due to their specific design. New IFHS spheres are available for these vehicles.

Condition: the sphere must be free of mechanical defects — no external damage or damaged inner membrane.

✓ New IFHS spheres carry a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase or installation at our workshop.

Hydractive stiffness regulators

Stiffness regulators (fr. régulateurs de hauteur) are hydraulic spheres fitted one per axle — front and rear — in Hydractive systems. They maintain correct ride height and control suspension stiffness. Regeneration follows the same process as suspension spheres: nitrogen refill and valve replacement.

We regenerate regulators from Hydractive H I and H II systems: Citroën XM (Hydractive), Xantia (Hydractive and Activa). For H III systems (C5 X7, C6 Hydractive 3+) — please contact us for details.

LHM pump rebuilding

We rebuild LHM hydraulic pumps driven by single or multi-V belts — for petrol and diesel vehicles. Scope includes bearings, seals and valves as required.

BHI block regeneration

We regenerate BHI (Bloc Hydraulique Intégré) units for Citroën C5 (X7) and C6 with Hydractive 3+ system.
